MURAL PAINTING

Excited to share a project I have been working on in addition to my design work lately. I have been working on a large mural painting project up in Concord, CA. The mural is approximately 40'x12' in size and is my largest mural project to date. The painting is for a company called MoreFlavor a nationwide homebrewing and homewinemaking business which has an existing retail space in Concord. They are in the process of expanding their retail space to 3x the original size, and I was able to help decorate one of the new interior walls.

Check out the photos below to see how the mural developed from a simple sketch on the wall to the finished shaded and detailed image you see below. The process took about 5 days total and was a great experience. I was able to use a scissor lift instead of traditional scaffolding to move around the wall and position myself at different heights to work effectively.

I think the finished product really turned out great, and will be an awesome complement to the tall walls in the space. -Jenna
